Colon & Rectal Clinic of Orlando - Colon & Rectal Fellowship Program
The program is a one-year Clinical Fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery. The fellowship was founded in 1990 and has maintained full accreditation from the Residency Review Committee (RRC) for Colon and Rectal Surgeons. Andrea Ferrara, M.D. is the Program Director. The program meets the requirements of the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery. The program participates in the National Residency Matching Program and offers three clinical residency positions each academic year. The fellowship program is based at Orlando Regional Healthcare System, a community based teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville. The program offers a training curriculum that qualifies you for certification by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgeons
